黄文韬，湖南湘潭人，民进会员，副研究员。1987年毕业于湖南师范大学美术系，2006年进修于中央美术学院壁画系，2007年续修于中国艺术研究院研究生院美术学系。作品多次在齐白石纪念馆、湖南省博物馆、长沙国际会展中心、北京798艺术区、北京黑桥美术馆、中国宋庄艺术区、法国卢浮宫博物馆等地展出，并在《文艺生活》、《世界艺术》等专业艺术杂志上发表论文和作品。现设艺术工作室于北京宋庄艺术区。
